Overview
Plaque Wall is the same tap-to-follow plate as Plaque One, made to be screwed or stuck to a wall. It's larger, with a longer read line, and comes with a stencil so the screw holes end up level.
We see it most by mirrors in salons, by the door in cafés, and beside the menu board.

Not sure which? Plaque One stands on a surface; Plaque Wall screws to one. Same chip, same dashboard.
